What to include when emailing about a site
Delivery questions are answered far more quickly when the first email contains the details our team needs. Please include:
- Delivery address, including the suburb and postcode, so we can confirm whether it falls within the standard service area.
- Placement: where on the property the unit should sit and which way you want the doors to face.
- Access: the width of the entry, the surface the truck will drive on, any slope, and anything overhead such as trees, awnings or power lines.
- Photos or a short video taken from where the truck will enter, looking toward the placement point.
- Product and quantity, or a description of what you are trying to achieve if you are not sure which unit suits.

Before you call
A quick check of the following will make the call shorter and more useful:
- Know the size you need. A 20ft container is approximately 6.06 by 2.44 by 2.59 m externally; a 40ft is approximately 12.19 m long.
- Decide between new and used. Used units are sold as Wind and Watertight and carry a 6-month limited warranty; new units carry 18 months.
- Measure the narrowest point on the route into your property.
- Have your order number ready if you are calling about an existing order.
- Note whether you need delivery on a Sunday or public holiday.
