Acceptable Website Use

Overview

This page sets out how you may and may not use https://aadlogisitcsau.com, including its product pages, quote and contact forms, checkout and file uploads. By using the website you agree to these rules. They protect our customers, our staff and the reliability of the service. They form part of our Terms & Conditions.

Permitted use

You may use the website to browse products, learn about containers and portable buildings, request quotes, place orders, upload site information relevant to your enquiry, and contact us. You may use the website on behalf of a business if you are authorised to do so. You may link to our pages and share them with others.

No scraping or automated abuse

You must not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts or any automated means to access the website, extract product data, pricing or images, or copy content in bulk, unless we have agreed in writing. Standard search engine indexing that respects our robots directives is permitted. You must not attempt to overload the website, probe or test its security without permission, bypass rate limits or bot protection, or interfere with any other user’s access.

You must not attempt to gain access to accounts, administrative areas, data or systems that are not yours, or use the website to attack any other system.

No fraudulent orders or enquiries

You must not place orders or quote requests that you do not intend to complete, use false names or contact details, order on behalf of a person or business without their authority, submit altered or forged remittance advices, or attempt to obtain goods, refunds or credits by deception. We verify payments before preparing any unit, and we may report fraudulent activity to the police and to relevant authorities.

Orders placed with false details may be cancelled without notice. We may refuse future orders from anyone who has attempted fraud against us.

Uploads and content you submit

Our forms allow you to upload site photos, plans, drawings and remittance advices, and to write messages. You must not upload or submit content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene or discriminatory.
• Infringes another person’s copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights.
• Contains malware, scripts or files designed to damage or gain access to systems.
• Contains someone else’s personal information without their consent, beyond what is needed for your delivery.
• Is unrelated to a genuine enquiry or order, including advertising or spam.

Upload only the file types our forms accept, within the stated size limits. We scan and check uploads, and we may delete files that breach these rules without notice. Customer media remains yours, as explained in our Intellectual Property Policy.

Respectful communication

Our team is here to help, and we expect courtesy in return. Abusive, threatening or harassing messages, calls or conduct towards our staff or drivers are not acceptable. We may end a conversation, refuse service or cancel an order where this occurs, and we may involve the police where staff safety is at risk.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Do not share your account with others. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authority. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Intellectual property

The website’s content is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, republish or commercially use our text, photographs, diagrams or design without written permission. Details are in our Intellectual Property Policy.

Links to other websites

The website may link to other websites for your convenience, such as carrier tracking pages or regulator information. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Follow links at your own discretion.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but we may suspend access for maintenance, security or updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for loss caused by unavailability, to the extent permitted by law.

Consequences of breach

If you breach these rules we may, without notice, block your access, cancel orders or quotes, delete submitted content, suspend or close your account, and take legal action to recover any loss. Where a breach involves a criminal offence, we may report it to the police and provide relevant information to law enforcement.
