New units arrive in the colour you chose with the full 18 months warranty. Used units are inspected and sold as wind and watertight with a 6 months limited warranty, and they cost less. We describe used units as they are: expect dents, scratches, patch repairs and surface rust, never a leak.

Delivered Australia-wide from the Port Macquarie
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 4–7 business days after processing. Before dispatch we confirm the vehicle, the placement point and the access with you, so the driver arrives with the right truck.

Delivery vehicle
Tilt tray: A straight run behind the placement point (typically about 2.5× the container length plus the truck), firm level ground and clear overhead height. The most common option for 6ft–20ft units: the tray tilts and the container slides off onto the ground.
Side loader: Clear space along one side of the truck for the stabiliser legs and the two lifting cranes, and room to park parallel to the drop. Lifts the container off the chassis and sets it down beside the vehicle; the usual choice for 20ft and 40ft units.
Hiab / crane truck: Firm ground for the outriggers and a placement point within the crane's reach. Suits sites where the unit has to go over a fence or into a corner a tilt tray cannot reach; reach depends on the crane model and the unit weight.

From the 6ft mini to the 40ft high cube: lengths and heights from each product's own specification table. Standard units are 2,591 mm tall; high cubes add about 305 mm.

Before you buy
Do your prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on the site is in Australian dollars and includes 10% GST. The ex-GST figure is shown alongside on product pages, and your tax invoice itemises the GST.
How is delivery charged?
A standard charge of $745 per unit applies within our standard service area and appears at checkout once you enter your postcode. Remote, restricted-access, oversize and multi-unit deliveries are confirmed by quotation before you pay.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against your order confirmation and tax invoice, or by credit or debit card. For card, choose it at checkout and place the order without entering card details; we review the order and email a tax invoice with a secure card payment link. Once payment is confirmed, the yard prepares the unit and logistics schedule the delivery.
What condition are used containers in?
Inspected and wind and watertight. Expect cosmetic signs of service such as dents, scratches, previous markings and surface rust. We do not describe them as cargo worthy unless a unit has been surveyed as such.
Can I change my mind?
Eligible new, unmodified products can be returned within 18 days of delivery with prior authorisation; you cover return transport. Used, customised and made-to-order units are excluded. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected.
