Product overview

A brand‑new, 4‑bay portable toilet block built for busy work sites, events, or any location needing secure, private sanitation in a single compact unit. Each bay is a self‑contained toilet cubicle with its own door, heating, ventilation, and basin—giving you four fully usable WCs in one 10×8‑foot structure.

Key features

  • Interior in every pod:: Toilet; Basin; Lighting on switch; Mirror; Toilet roll holder; New vinyl flooring; Electric heater; Extractor fan
  • Compartments for services:: One pod houses the consumer electrical unit; Another houses the boiler
  • Construction:: Steel‑clad exterior; Insulated composite wall panels, 100 mm thick, styrofoam core; Wrapped with 0.5 mm powder‑coated metal sheet

Why it works on site

  • True multi‑user capability in a space that’s still transportable and easy to place.
  • Insulated, steel‑clad build for year‑round use in varied climates.
  • Plug-and-play readiness that minimises on‑site labor and setup time.
  • Professional interior fit including heater and extractor fan—more comfort and hygiene than many temporary units.

Typical applications

  • Construction or infrastructure sites: keep crews safe, private, and compliant with hygiene standards.
  • Outdoor events and festivals: rigid, neat facilities that look professional, not temporary or improvised.
  • Remote camps, rural works, relief efforts: units that can withstand rough handling and still give occupants comfort.
  • Temporary or overflow facilities in schools, clinics, or community venues.

Delivery and placement

  • The unit arrives close to plug‑and‑play—wired and set for fast hookup to on‑site utilities.
  • Requires planning for truck access and off‑loading; often a crane or forklift is needed depending on site layout.
  • Contact the seller or delivery coordinator early to confirm access, setting, and utility hookups.

Supply and compliance notes

  • Certifications, inclusions, condition and measured dimensions are confirmed on the quotation and at pre-dispatch inspection.
  • Confirm council, planning and building approval requirements for the intended site and use before ordering.
  • Electrical, plumbing and drainage connections must be completed by appropriately licensed trades.

Custom solutions

Delivery

Delivery is coordinated Australia-wide from the Port Macquarie. Processing takes 1–3 business days; delivery is typically 4–7 business days after processing. The standard charge is $745 per unit (incl. GST) within our standard service area and is shown at checkout once you enter your postcode. Remote, restricted-access, multi-unit and oversize deliveries are confirmed by quotation.

Delivery vehicle

Tilt tray: A straight run behind the placement point (typically about 2.5× the container length plus the truck), firm level ground and clear overhead height. The most common option for 6ft–20ft units: the tray tilts and the container slides off onto the ground.

Illustrative only. Figures are typical; we confirm the vehicle and access with you before dispatch.

Delivery and site access guide

Site access

Before delivery, check for a firm, level placement area, clear truck access and turning room, gate width, overhead power lines and trees, and soft ground after rain. A tilt tray typically needs a straight run behind the placement point; side loaders need clear space along one side. Our team confirms the right vehicle with you before dispatch.

Warranty

New units carry an 18 months voluntary warranty from delivery against manufacturing and structural defects. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this warranty. Warranty policy · Returns
