Two ways to buy

AAD Logistics PTY offers a direct online purchase for standard products and a quotation path for custom work, multiple units and sites outside the standard delivery area. Both end the same way: payment against a tax invoice, preparation of your unit and delivery to your site.

Direct online purchase

  1. Choose a product from the range. Each product page lists dimensions, condition and the GST-inclusive price.
  2. Configure the colour from the RAL options available for that product.
  3. Add to cart. Add further units if needed.
  4. Enter delivery details. Provide the delivery address and site access notes. Within the standard service area, delivery is AUD 745 per unit including GST. Outside that area the checkout indicates that delivery requires confirmation, and we quote it separately.
  5. Checkout. Review the order, choose bank transfer or credit or debit card, and submit it. No card details are entered at checkout.
  6. Payment. For bank transfer, you receive a tax invoice with our bank details; pay the full amount, quoting your order number. For card, we review the order and email a tax invoice with a secure card payment link, usually within one business day; pay the full amount through that link.
  7. Confirmation. Our accounting team confirms receipt of payment and you receive an order confirmation.
  8. Preparation. Your unit is allocated, configured and checked over 1 to 3 business days.
  9. Delivery. We confirm a delivery window and deliver, typically 4 to 7 business days after processing.

Quotation

  1. Request a quote. Open the request a quote drawer and describe what you need, where it is going and any modifications.
  2. Sales pricing. Our sales team prices the units, any custom work and the delivery for your address.
  3. Formal quotation. You receive a written quotation showing the GST-inclusive total, delivery, lead time and any deposit terms.
  4. Acceptance. Confirm in writing that you accept the quotation.
  5. Payment. Pay against the tax invoice, by bank transfer or by card through the secure payment link on the invoice, as set out on the quotation.
  6. Preparation. Once payment is confirmed, your unit is prepared or built to the confirmed design.
  7. Delivery. We coordinate delivery with the equipment suited to your site.

What happens after payment

Nothing is prepared or booked until accounting confirms your payment, so paying promptly, and quoting your order number on a bank transfer, shortens the overall timeline. Once confirmed, we allocate your unit, apply the colour configuration, complete a pre-delivery check and book transport. During this stage we may contact you to confirm site access, door orientation and the delivery window. A driver will not be dispatched until the window is agreed.

Timeline

Stage Timing Notes
Payment confirmation On receipt of bank transfer or card payment Accounting confirms before preparation begins
Processing 1 to 3 business days Allocation, configuration, pre-delivery check, transport booking
Delivery Typically 4 to 7 business days after processing Remote, interstate and custom orders may vary; window confirmed before dispatch

Custom and modified units follow the lead time stated on the quotation instead of the standard processing period.

Documents you receive

  • Order confirmation, issued once your order or accepted quotation is recorded and again when payment is confirmed.
  • Tax invoice showing the GST component, our bank details and your order number for payment reference.
  • Delivery confirmation with the agreed delivery window, followed by the signed delivery paperwork at handover.

Your written warranty terms accompany these documents: 18 months on new products and a 6-month limited warranty on used products, with your Australian Consumer Law rights unaffected.
