We may also receive information from freight carriers about delivery outcomes, and from banking services when confirming a payment.

Who we share with
We share personal information only where needed to run our business and fulfil your order. Recipients may include the following.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its data.
- WooCommerce and WordPress services that operate the online store and order system.
- Freight carriers and drivers who need your delivery address, site details and contact number.

- Professional advisers, insurers and regulators where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information with marketers or data brokers.
Overseas disclosure
Some of the service providers listed above may store or process information on servers outside Australia. This can include hosting, email and analytics services. Where this occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure the provider handles information in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, including through contractual terms. By providing information to us, you acknowledge that overseas processing by our service providers may occur.
Security
We protect personal information through HTTPS encryption on the website, secure hosting, least-privilege access for staff and administrators, protected handling of uploaded files, and spam and bot protection on forms. Access to order and customer data is limited to staff who need it. Our Website Security & Fraud Prevention page has more detail. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur, but we act promptly on any incident.
Retention
We keep transaction records, including orders, tax invoices, payment records and delivery documentation, for 7 years to meet tax and record-keeping obligations. Quote requests that do not become orders are kept for a reasonable period so we can follow up and respond, then deleted or de-identified. Uploaded site photos and plans are kept with the related order or quote. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details.
Access and correction
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Email sales@aadlogisitcsau.com with your name and enough detail to identify the record, such as an order number. We verify your identity before releasing information. We respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. We do not charge for a straightforward access request. If we refuse access or correction, we tell you why and how to complain.
Marketing and opting out
We send marketing emails only where you have asked for them or where you have bought from us and would reasonably expect to hear about related products. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out by emailing sales@aadlogisitcsau.com. Opting out does not stop transactional emails about your orders.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses essential cookies to work, and may use preference, analytics and marketing cookies with your consent. Analytics and marketing scripts load only after you consent. Details, including how to change your choices, are in our Cookies & Tracking Technologies page.
Children
Our products and website are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, email sales@aadlogisitcsau.com with the subject “Privacy complaint”. We acknowledge complaints promptly, investigate, and respond in writing, usually within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), which is the external body for privacy complaints in Australia.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The updated date at the top of this page shows the current version. Significant changes will be noted on the website.
